We are comprised of a variety of Lane County employees in every department. As of September 2020 we represent over 800 employees across the organization. We bargain on behalf of our members for better working conditions, hours, pay and benefits as well as protect employee rights in the workplace.
We are affiliated with OregonAFSCME Council 75 which is based in Salem, Oregon which represents over 29,000 members across the state.
