Email Communication Migration

Currently Local 2831 uses MailChimp for our outgoing e-mail communications.

We will be migrating to Action Network for email communications by the end of December 2025.

This decision was made to help support more effective and efficient communication between the Union and members as well as to reduce the financial burden of the Local.

We currently pay a monthly fee for MailChimp whereas Action Network is provided to us free of charge from Oregon AFSCME Council 75.

While this move will create some challenges for both the Local and some individual members initially, it will ultimately be a positive change for Local 2831.
